As part of the Amoena Retail Advisory Panel, Ramona Hertzell was flown out to Germany where she brainstormed with 9 other store owners and managers about Amoena products and services. While at the Amoena Facility, she toured the plant and factory. She also toured an Amoena retail shop similar to Second to Nature while in Munich. Ramona also networked with Amoena administration staff, product and service designers while at the manufacturing plant in Raubling Germany which is 70 miles south of Munich.
